Head of IT Infrastructure, Security and IT Service Management

Key Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary management of the department
• Strategic management and coordination of the IT infrastructure, security and IT service management department
• Implementation of technological initiatives to improve IT infrastructure and cyber security
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes and methods for high service quality
• Organizational development and part of the management team in the shared service center
• Automation in the infrastructure, including with AI methods
• Standardization of hardware and infrastructure in the division
• Budget and investment planning

Qualification & Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics or computer science
• Professional experience in the field of IT security and IT technology
• Management of international teams in matrix organizations
• Knowledge of ISO certifications
• Knowledge of IT service management ITIL 4, IT security and IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary contexts, analytical thinking skills and willingness to continuously learn
• Willingness to travel
