Key Responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary management of the department
- Strategic management and coordination of the IT infrastructure, security and IT service management department
- Implementation of technological initiatives to improve IT infrastructure and cyber security
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes and methods for high service quality
- Organizational development and part of the management team in the shared service center
- Automation in the infrastructure, including with AI methods
- Standardization of hardware and infrastructure in the division
- Budget and investment planning
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics or computer science
- Professional experience in the field of IT security and IT technology
- Management of international teams in matrix organizations
- Knowledge of ISO certifications
- Knowledge of IT service management ITIL 4, IT security and IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary contexts, analytical thinking skills and willingness to continuously learn
- Willingness to travel
