Key Responsibilities

•  Managing and controlling the Accounts payable, collection accounting, TDS reconciliations and BRS functions (For India as well as overseas entities).
• Should manage a team size of 30+ finance professionals (mix of experienced and freshers).
• Guide the team in operations and create robust process for control checks in each of the functions.

Qualification & Requirements

• Must have worked in ERP SAP/ S4 Hana, should have hands on experience in AR & AP modules.
• Should have knowledge about TDS and GST
• International/India BPO experience is added advantage.
• Commendable experience required in invoice processing (AP), Bank Reconciliation, imports and export documentation knowledge, payments domestic and foreign, travel expenses reimbursements, collection application, GST/TDS accounting etc.
• Should have managed vendor reconciliations, customer account reconciliations, intercompany and intra-division reconciliations.
• Ensure preparation and review of AP/AR schedules, deposit schedules, prepaid schedules and provision schedules on a monthly basis
• Liaising with cross functional team regularly to avoid any disputes/conflicts.
• Ensuring regular follow ups on unapplied receipts, outstanding debtors.
• Should manage AR/GL reconciliations.
• Responsible to ensure LTDS recon and follow up.
• Should handle auditors (statutory/internal/concurrent) and cater to their queries in a timely manner.
• Should have commendable knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be good at Stake holder management, people management.
• Adherence to SLAs, Publishing Key metrics regularly to the management
• Should have deeper analytical skills which would help in finding solutions in complex situations.
• Automation is key to success. Should have knowledge doing automation relative activities previously
