Description
Are you an experienced financial leader who is ready for a new challenge? XXImo is looking for a driven Head of Financial Accounting to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial administration and ensure clear and reliable financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing your team.
- Oversee the accounting and implementation of shared service center agreements.
- Preparing and consolidating financial reports, in compliance with regulations.
- Reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank and protection of customer funds.
- Overseeing tax returns and collaborating with tax advisors.
- Managing cash flows and ensuring sufficient liquidity.
- Developing and implementing internal controls.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize financial processes.
Qualification & Requirements
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Good knowledge of VAT.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to function in a rapidly changing environment.
