Description

Reporting directly to the Head of International HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all HR and Payroll functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR and Payroll policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Lead all HR and Payroll activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and payroll administration.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HR and Payroll departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage performance of the team, and support individual staff members in developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure all HR and Payroll processes are compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Analyse HR and Payroll metrics and make recommendations to improve performance.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven experience leading HR and Payroll functions.
  • Previous experience of using SAP.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR and Payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency with HR and Payroll systems and software.
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
