Program & Project Mgmt Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation.
• In this role, you will be responsible for Agile Project Management.
• This role involves developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Assisting both product and engineering teams through the various phases of the agile development cycle.
• Coordinating and organizing planning, design retrospective meetings with the teams during the agile development cycle.
• Assessing roadblocks and problem situations to identify root causes and work with stakeholders to come up with a resolution or recommendation.
• You will help facilitate discussion and conflict resolution between as well as within teams, document, communicate and evaluate process changes, report on the progress of the agile iterations as well as overall reporting meaningful to business stakeholders.
• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility
• Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

Qualification & Requirements

• Skill required: Tech for Operations – Agile Project Management
• Qualifications: BTech
• Years of Experience: 16 to 25 years
• Ability to establish strong client relationship
• Ability to handle disputes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to perform under pressure
