Regional Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for a Regional Finance portfolio including review of accounting operations, financial and management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, tax, audit, compliance and statutory filing requirements.
• You will implement cost control measures to manage CAPEX and OPEX, identify cost reduction opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement actions.
• You will also oversee cash flow and liquidity management, manage relationships with banks, ensure accuracy of payments and ensures prompt collections from customers.
• You will prepare financial results presentation, weekly and monthly reports for management and commercial teams to have latest information on sales, cost and profitability performance.

Qualification & Requirements

• CPA/ Chartered Accountant and Degree qualified, more than 10 years of experience in the commercial sector (MNC exposure is required)
• Regional experience in overseeing Accounting, Reporting and FP&A (** FP&A and Business Partnering experience will be highly essential)
• Strong with processes, able to be hands-on, flexible, results-driven
• Strong direct Team management experience required
