Description

The position holder will be responsible oversee and manage the Shared Services operations to support the organization’s overall mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to patients.

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible to develop and implement strategic plans for the Shared Services Center in alignment with the hospital’s overall objectives.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures within the Shared Services Center are efficient, compliant, and in line with industry best practices.
  • Will manage the budget for the Shared Services Center, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Will be responsible to manage month end cost allocation, prepaid calculation, General ledger review and unit wise provision accounting for all locations.
  • Manage Central Accounts Payable, Fixed Cost Accounting & Management and centralised payments, having an overall volume of over 1mln accounting transactions per annum and over 5000 vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of services and resources to the hospital.
  • Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential operational and financial risks within the Shared Services Center.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the shared services center, encouraging innovation and the implementation of new technologies or processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Qualified CMA/ CA Inter.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial accounting standards.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills
