SME – R2R

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner of R2R to drive transformation and efficiency projects.
• Optimize the chart of accounts to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
• Enhance the manual journal process to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Improve the quality of account reconciliations by implementing best practices and robust controls.
• Ensure accountability for the trial balance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline to support and enhance R2R processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for R2R processes and configurations.
• Provide training and support to global teams to ensure effective utilization of R2R systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline to recommend and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

• CA / CPA qualification is mandatory
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in R2R process management, with a focus on SAP ERP, OneStream, and Blackline.
• Proven track record of leading R2R transformation and efficiency projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a shared service center environment.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.e
