Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations professional to join our client in Hyderabad/ Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR Shared Services teams managing employee lifecycle processes, HR Helpdesk, and Workday operations across global regions.
- Mentor teams, manage transitions, and deliver seamless service aligned with business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through SLA/KPI management, process standardization, and automation.
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee experience while ensuring stakeholder engagement and quality governance.
Qualification & Requirements
- 15+ Years of experience within BPO/ KPO/ ITES/ Shared Services setup across the HR functions.
- Proven experience in managing teams of 200+ individuals in HR Operations/ HR Shared Services/ HR Helpdesk.
- Strong understaing of Hire-To-Retire/ E2E Employee Life Cycle.
- Exposure working for the global markets.
- Experience with HCM/ CRM such as Workday, Successfactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, EEP, EIC or similar tools.
- Flexible working in US Shifts.
