Description

Manage and integrate SSC resources, focus on the implementation of SSC in the core business, and effectively support the company’s business departments and all employees.

HRSSC Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for the construction and optimization of the group’s human resources service business processes and standards to ensure the normal operation of the group’s human resources service business ;
  • Be responsible for the daily operations of the human resources service team, such as recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations;
  • Lead and manage the human resources service team, provide professional consulting opinions to various departments of the SSC platform, and provide policy consulting to the group’s business departments;
  • Together with other HR teams in the group, provide shared services to the group’s business departments.
  • Use data analysis tools to regularly conduct statistical analysis of human resource service data to provide a basis for business and BP and COE decision-making;
  • Optimize end-to-end HRSSC processes, maintain sensitivity to national labor laws and regulations and industry policies, and promptly implement relevant human resource policies and methods to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant services while improving service quality and efficiency;
  • Standardize HRSSC processes, establish unified service processes and operating specifications, form standard documents such as SOP, checklist, FAQ, etc., regularly update the human resource sharing knowledge base, and promote continuous improvement of human resource processes;
  • Improve HR information construction, participate in HR system optimization, data governance and other projects, and daily operation of HR service accounts

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majors related to human resource management are preferred;
  • 3 years or more of relevant work experience, HRSSC related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
  • Familiar with modules such as entry, transfer, social security, provident fund, and salary, and familiar with relevant human resource laws and regulations;
  • Experience in building a human resource process management system, business process design and optimization, and HRIS is preferred;
  • Possess good logical judgment, analytical ability, data sensitivity, project promotion ability and high execution ability. Practical, meticulous, honest, upright and responsible.
  • Proficient in Excel office software, familiar with Platinum, OA and other personnel system operations
