Description
DEKRA has been working for safety for almost 100 years: The German Motor Vehicle Inspection Association eV, founded in Berlin in 1925, has become one of the world’s leading expert organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for Talent Acquisition within the DACH region
- You will assume the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees in your area
- In addition, you are responsible for the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies based on personnel requirements
- You identify trends and developments in the labor market and take on the development of employer branding strategies and implement them
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing external service providers and selecting suitable agencies, personnel service providers and job boards
- You will also work with other local, regional and global HR Operations units
- The design and provision of excellent standard processes as well as the continuous development of the processes is also your responsibility
- You independently manage HR projects within the Talent Acquisition area and participate in higher-level HR projects (e.g. introduction of SuccessFactors – Recruiting & Onboarding module)
- You create and are responsible for budget and resource planning in your area
- Furthermore, you promote innovations / positive changes / digitalization and live the service concept
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed studies in human resources, business administration or comparable course of study
- Experience in HR or a Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment
- management experience is an advantage
- Experience with HR IT systems
- Lean Management / Lean Admin / Six Sigma or similar training is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
