Description
The HR Shared Services Sr. Manager is responsible for leading a global team responsible for managing employee data and records work. This leader will have the unique opportunity to help define our ways of working within our HRIS and CRM tools. This role calls for close partnership with HR Business Partner colleagues as well as all other HR and business teams. Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team in resolving issues of varied scope related to employment policies, practices and records,
- Developing innovative and scalable solutions to drive productivity and efficiency,
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal business partners,
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes for efficiency, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline operations
- Monitor changes in HR legislation globally and adjust processes to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, providing expertise on compliance matters.
- Communicate effectively with global teams to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and updates are understood and properly implemented across the business.

Qualification & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Or Equivalent Work Experience
Licenses/Certifications
- SHRM/CCP certification preferred
Experience
- 5+ years responsible HR experience
