Human Capital Manager – Cambodia
Working Location: Kandal, Cambodia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Recruitment
- Lead recruitment team member to support recruitment in several functional: advise Line Manager on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process , lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates, manage offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit and HRBP
- Manage Compensation and Benefits
- To design and improve the payroll process and administer all statutory compliances and salary processing
- To design the annual merit increase matrix in alignment with regional business and functional heads and administer the disbursement of annual increment to associates
- To collect and analyze data (internal and external) related to salary benchmarking and to suggest strategies and action plans to adhere to the compensation philosophy.
- Evaluate the current compensation and benefits programs to ensure all benefits meet company and employee needs, develop and implement new programs as needed
- To design and introduce Variable Pay Scheme to the company
- To evaluate all current and new jobs and assign appropriate grades to the job for effective talent and compensation management person/position wise
- Labor cost analysis and feed back to management
- Establish and maintain a system for HR Shared Services, including but not limited to System and Data Management, Payroll, HR Contact Center for the whole country to ensure confidentiality and compliance are strictly adhered to’
- Review, develop, streamline related process and procedure for HR Shared Services to continuously improve productivity and efficiency
- Supervise Reporting databases to related stake holders (HR Monthly Deck, HR Snapshot, Turn-over rate, regional reports)
- Lead execution payment of Annual Incentive, Annual Salary Review and Personal Income Tax (PIT) returns by law
- Manage administrative for all data, payroll and PIT for expats, including reconciliation with Thaibev Group, Finance and Tax authorities when necessary
- Develop, design, and implement new and revised total reward programs to be responsive to goals, strategies, and competitive practices.
- Create strong engagement within our culture with our rewards strategies, and innovate reward practices that are aligned with ThaiBev-Cambodia business priorities & Group core mission and values.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards programs.
- Ensure that the Company is in compliance with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations. Champion the audit of compensation and benefits programs. Make corrective judgments and recommendations regarding corrective actions to management. Determine compliancy with legal requirements and analyze, and recommend compliance actions for new and evolving compensation legislation.
- Responsible for HR compliance with Ministry of Labor such as company registration, internal rule, employment contract, staff movement in/out, expat’s quota, overtime request
- Provide advise to HC team on policy development to ensure that the new or update policy compliance with labor law
- Provide consultation on relevant stakeholder on the labor law, or prakas or any update regulation from Ministry of Labor
- Special Projects
- Implement and coordinate special projects according to strategy and objectives accomplishment.
- Work with Internal Communication to communicate the project to concerned parties
- Work on other HC’s project to be assigned by management
Qualification & Requirements
Skills
- Effective influencing and coaching of leader stakeholders
- Sustained success leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment.
- Experience in leading significant change and business transition in organisations e.g. Mergers, acquisitions, disinvestures, joint ventures, turnaround etc
- Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
- International exposure and range of business experiences in different environments, cultures, categories, factory & Industrial Relations experience
Qualification
- Completed at BBA in HR or Finance/Accounting, Management or MBA is preferre
- At least 8-10+ Experiences with HR function as Leadership Role from 5 years, preferred from FMC
- Data & Payroll: SAP Data & Payroll knowledge and administration knowledge/skills, to ensure the accuracy and timely remittance of the payroll to employees.
- Analytical Skills: Securing relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a base of information; relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying cause-effect relationships.
- Budget Administration: Monitors and reconciles budgets; tracks expense, ensures accuracy, and accounts for variances; ensures compliance with the Company’s regulations and Code of business Conduct
- Experience in HR KPI measurements
