Confirmed IT Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define the short and medium term sourcing strategy:
  • Develop, in agreement with the division and department heads, the 3/5 year contractual strategy
  • Manage the contractualization phases (Other-than-other, extension, call for tenders)
  • Participate in the development of contractual documents
  • Coordinate dispute management

• Manage operational performance / quality of service / financial performance
  • Ensure that contractual commitments are met
  • Develop supplier summaries on your contracts
  • Prepare and conduct contractual negotiations with suppliers (new services, extension of scope, etc.)

• Support / assist divisions in all contractual issues (existing contracts and new needs)
• Act as a liaison between the Purchasing Department (TGP) and the division in the implementation of TotalEnergies rules and best practices
• Manage administrative management:
  • Maintain and update contractual references
  • Ensure the monitoring and coordination of a portfolio of contracts
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables entrusted to the Contract Management Service Center

Qualification & Requirements

• Holder of a bac+5 diploma (engineering school, business school or university), you have at least 10 years of experience including 5 years in IT contract management.
• You have experience in negotiating large-scale contracts. You have general knowledge of IT (software, service delivery, hardware, etc.) and a good understanding of how an IT department works.
• You speak English fluently.
