Description

You will report to the Head of the Transformation Office and SSC. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of workforce management planning within the SSC, ensuring that sufficient resources are available for effective and efficient service delivery. You will also be responsible for SSC KPI reporting, workforce planning, DFST transition planning, quality control, and training execution.

This role is based on-site in our office in Petaling Jaya.

SSC Performance Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop, track, and present Shared Services KPIs/Metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to drive performance improvements.
  • You will supervise and execute the smooth transition of work coming into the SSC, ensuring minimal disruption to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will work with the COE team to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to increase efficiency and productivity within the SSC.
  • You will collaborate with other departments/units to build relationships, align objectives, and ensure a seamless flow of information and processes.
  • You will work with Finance Training Academy to ensure successful implementations of training programs into SSC Operations, flagging any additional curriculum needs.
  • You will guide and mentor team members, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment, with experience managing workforce planning, KPI reporting, and transitioning processes.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle ERP/ERM systems and Power BI financial software.
