Description
An industry leader in premium home services is seeking an experienced Brand Leader / President to guide growth and innovation. As the top leader, you’ll oversee franchisees across territories, manage a shared services team, and drive strategy to enhance revenue, unit economics, and brand culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations (75%) and strategic growth initiatives (25%).
- Liaise between corporate and franchisees to ensure support, satisfaction, and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement operational best practices, KPIs, and scalable processes.
- Manage financial planning, marketing strategies, and franchisee investment guidance.
- Build and coach teams while maintaining alignment with shared service departments.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years in franchise/service-based industry leadership roles.
- Strong P&L management, financial acumen, and strategic planning expertise.
- Proven ability to coach teams, resolve escalations, and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with EOS business tools and advanced technology adoption.
- Willingness to travel ~20% across the U.S.
