Head SSC Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting activities for CH, US, UK, SG and IND (5 entities)
• Lead the monthly and annual financial closings of the 5 entities
• Support and manage on local requirements (e.g. tax) for the managed entities, with support from external consultants
• Support on monthly MIS reporting and adhoc reports for the Group CFO
• Close cooperation with all finance teams and other departments within the group and external stakeholders (e.g. clients) for day-to-day business requests.
• Support and manage treasury and transfer pricing
• Manage all India Tax topics with authorities and external consultants
• Preparation of the annual statutory financial statement and audit (India)
• Collaborate with local and group auditors
• Shaping and implementing value creation initiatives driven by Finance (e.g., processes, automation, AI/data-driven initiatives)

Qualification & Requirements

• A strong education in finance and accounting including the professional certificates
• Strong Experience as an accounting leader (10 years plus) in a Shared Service Center in an international environment
• Global Mind-set Business & Commercial acumen
• Entrepreneurial mindset, People excellence and Leadership
• Advantage if: SAP FI knowledge, ideally SAP ByD
• Strong Proficiency in English – oral and written language skill
• Strong Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• A committed and eager to learn and always improve personality and adaptive to change.
