Description
As a controller, you will report to the head of finance , where you will work in a team with 11 others in the finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for both accounting and controlling activities within a Shared Service Centre (SSC). You will ensure correct, timely and complete financial administration and reporting for one or more entities.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks include preparing tax returns, payroll payments and project administrations, as well as drawing up management reports, analyses and annual accounts. In addition, you will support the month-end closing, perform audits and provide advice on process improvements. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and actively work on identifying and solving bottlenecks.

For this role, you are an ambitious and pragmatic financial with a strong focus on quality, a hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly switch in a dynamic environment. You have a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and are driven to grow together with the company.
You combine analytical insight with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach. You are a problem solver with an eye for detail and a strong drive to continuously improve financial processes. You are flexible, have good communication skills and are able to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders within an international work environment.

You should also bring the following:
- A completed study in a financial direction, supplemented with at least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in a comparable position.
- Highly advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office, enabling you to perform complex financial analyses and reporting effortlessly.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (both at least level B2), both spoken and written.
