Description

Align work management process design with technologically enabled solutions, implementing subsequent changes through appropriate processes and skill development.

Director, Continuous Improvement & Training

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the training plans, content and delivery methods for the SEG transition and ongoing process improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with global communications to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan and processes aligned to Newmont’s choice of methodologies and tools
  • Drive the change program and processes and ensure all the steps of Newmont’s change methodologies are achieved.
  • Partner with IT and support SEG process owners to operationalize processes through digitalization, taking the intent and structuring the technical scope for the Digital teams to source technological enabled solutions.
  • Support the process owners in the implementation of a continuous improvement program in SEG

Qualification & Requirements

  • Formal education qualifications in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, Process Engineering or related fields
  • Work management processes, tools and value drivers
  • IT technologies and tools
