Description

We are is seeking a Global Marketing Operations Leader (Director) supporting Global Business Services team at Pune location.

In this Director level role, you will be responsible for both orchestration (arrangements) and delivery of global marketing operations and creative services. You will direct and manage the global business services team for marketing. As part of driving the global operational delivery of marketing operations and creative services, you will be responsible for global performance results around aligned KPIs and SLAs and managing key marketing stakeholder satisfaction. You will partner with the Site Leader to promote culture within the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Positioning: Develop and deliver unique and compelling positioning and strategic messaging to enhance adoption of GBS’s services across the Marketing function.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders across the organization, even without direct reporting relationships.
  • Marketing Operations: Supervise the delivery of marketing specific financial analysis, industry insights and product set-up activities (Product Management)
  • Talent Development: Ensure talent strategy and development for GBS marketing organization.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate a strong value proposition for GBS marketing services to drive awareness, engagement and adoption.
  • Services Expansion and Continuous Improvement: Drive and successfully build business case for new marketing services opportunities while optimizing existing processes that drive SLA compliance.
  • Marketing Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with corporate and division marketing and other teams to refine marketing and communication strategies that target key decision-makers.
  • Campaign Management: Define and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to reach C-Suite executives.
  • Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality marketing content, including design, photography, and video production
  • Project Management: Oversee marketing project design and development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards and SLA compliance
