Description

Responsible for the daily management of HR SSC, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improve the service level; including but not limited to employee relations, entry and exit transfers, attendance management and leave data statistics.

Human Resources Operations Position—SSC Platform Management Direction

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling various employee relations events, including organizational optimization, labor disputes, arbitration and labor supervision; participate in handling employee complaints and labor disputes, and establish harmonious, pleasant and healthy labor-capital relations;
  • Promote the company’s human resources information construction, be responsible for the overall planning and design of the HRIS system, and formulate human resources information solutions, such as EHR system, electronic signature system, etc.
  • Responsible for the personnel consultation window service for employees and other services for employees during their employment, including employment certificates, settlement, etc.;
  • Assist in building the human resources platform, meet customer needs and pay attention to user feedback, and realize SSC platform support through continuous optimization of system processes;
  • Responsible for the research, collection and update of local social security and other government-related policies;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above; 5 years or more of human resources work experience;
  • Have a deep understanding of the job and the work content of COE and BP. Candidates with experience in human resources shared service centers of large companies in related industries are preferred;
  • Be familiar with human resources-related policies, systems and processes, and be familiar with the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises, and have rich practical experience in employee relations;
  • Work rigorously and meticulously, with strong stress resistance, work responsibility and teamwork spirit;
  • Excellent personal comprehensive qualities, strong professionalism and achievement motivation, excellent expression and communication skills, good self-driving ability, passion, integrity, affinity, and strong stress resistance.
