Description
Project Manager role for a Shared Service Centre based in Kuala Lumpur!
The largest chemical manufacturing company in the world with its regional shared service hub that provides quality functionality and know-how services. Be part of a new global digitalization team and managing projects with the global team!
Key Responsibilities
- Tracks project budget and resource planning, including providing forecasts and proposing proactively measures to achieve the project budget;
- Is responsible for project related charging activities, including necessary communication in the region
- Strong collaboration with global project control and, on the other hand, with the hub and country finance & control.
- Establish seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
- Reviews impact of demand changes on project baseline
- Collaborates with project team, reviews efficiency measure portfolio
- Provide regular regional information to the global project manager, project management office and project controller
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost charging and allocation
- Experience of managing and strategizing on midterm to long term plans / projects
