Description
JOIN OUR TEAM IN BONN FOR A FULL-TIME UNLIMITED POSITION, STARTING IMMEDIATELY as Senior Process Manager Order-to-Cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for selected end-to-end processes in Order-to-Cash
- Independently drive process analysis and standardization jointly with divisional process experts
- Support Fit-Gap workshops and solution development with operational entities as part of the template rollout
- Conduct process modelling and documentation and create functional specifications
- Independently drive alignment with multiple stakeholders in the OtC community
- Steer process improvement initiatives
- Develop process KPIs and performance management tools
- Review processes cross-divisionally and improve efficiency and quality
- Ensure integration with other process towers and end-to-end optimization
- Support the development and implementation of the cross-divisional governance model incl. the design and implementation of internal controls
- Ensure consistent and updated process documentation, design and conduct trainings, create user communication and change management measures
Qualification & Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in SAP system design and/or implementation (preferably FI/CO and FSCM)
- Extensive experience (min. 3 years) in Finance process projects, e.g. in Shared Services or Process Governance
- Knowledge of Finance process requirements, ideally in (several) DPDHL Divisions
- Solid process modelling skills (ideally Signavio/BPMN 2.0) and technical affinity (design/implementation of S/4HANA or ECC 6.0)
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent working experience (more than 5 years)
- Strong conceptual design & analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
- Superior English skills, German would be beneficial
