Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Director, HRMS & HRSS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a strategic and experienced leader, you will bring expertise in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Human Resource Shared Services (HRSS) to this critical role. Your primary focus will be overseeing the implementation, optimization, and management of HRMS and HRSS functions to enhance HR operations and service delivery across ICON. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in translating our Global HR Strategy into effective, compliant, and impactful regional HR strategies. You will lead high-performing HR operations teams, including HR Shared Services and Human Resource Managers, to deliver exceptional results in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for HRMS and HRSS, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving HR efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of HRMS platforms to meet organizational needs and achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee HRSS functions, including service delivery models, process improvements, and high-quality HR service center operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and address technical or operational system issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HRMS and HRSS teams, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies while maintaining high standards of data integrity and security.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve HRMS and HRSS capabilities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications, such as Certified Professional in HR or HRIS, are highly valued and strongly encouraged.
  • Extensive experience in HRMS and HRSS management, with a demonstrated ability to lead successful HR systems implementations and enhance HR service delivery.
  • A deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and technologies, coupled with the expertise to integrate and manage complex HRMS platforms and service delivery models effectively.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities, with a talent for inspiring teams, driving meaningful change, and achieving ambitious organizational objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of US based benefit design and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement strategies that elevate HR operations and enhance service quality.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and HRSS technologies, including experience managing HR system integrations, ensuring data security, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and convey complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing HR teams across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Residence within a commutable distance of Blue Bell, PA, to foster collaboration and engagement with the team.
