Key Responsibilities

Your Mission: Excellence in Documentation Management

• Lead & Oversee: Direct teams across multiple departments, ensuring balanced workloads and alignment with service-level agreements.
• Innovate Processes: Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and operational performance.
• Foster Team Growth: Cultivate a learning environment with high-quality training and development initiatives.
• Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Act as a liaison to resolve escalated concerns, ensuring processes meet customer expectations.
• Analyze & Optimize: Use data-driven insights to adjust workflows, manage resources, and elevate team performance.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of cargo documentation processes, excellent analytical skills, and customer-focused problem-solving expertise.
