Description

For our dynamic Operational Excellence Department we are currently looking for Senior Project Manager. This is your chance to lead transformative projects that enhance operational excellence, spearhead transitions, and champion efficiency and improvements.

Senior Project Manager will take the responsibility for managing end-to-end projects, driving each initiative to success.

Senior Project Manager (Operational Excellence Programs)

Key Responsibilities

  • First of all – you will lead and manage end-to-end business transformation projects within the finance area, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives – including data analysis (strong analytical skills needed)
  • You will Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • You will conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current financial processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive value
  • You will be developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful project delivery , conducting reviews and evaluations, including creating reports for executive staff
  • You will be coordinating project team and overseeing project documentation
  • You will be monitoring progress, working to deadlines and managing budget
  • You will be managing mitigation of risks and issues
  • You will be optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach
  • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization, promoting adoption of new processes and technologies
  • You will be overseeing change management activities assuring that we go through changes in a structured way
  • You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project management best practices

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business transformation initiatives within the Finance and Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, systems, and industry best practices, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence in a global, shared services environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • English – C1
  • Change management, negotiation and leadership skills
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma and other certification
  • Knowledge of any other foreign languages is a plus
