Description

Our client is a world-leading company within the Services industry. Currently, they are looking for RTR Manager to join their dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Shared Services.

RTR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map additional value-adding tasks within the Record-to-Report (RTR) group for migration to the regional center.
  • Oversee the coordination, preparation, and submission of the company’s consolidated financial reports to senior management, both locally and internationally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other finance work streams, such as Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP), to drive process improvements, automation, and major system upgrades.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert within the RTR tower, proactively identifying and addressing potential functional challenges.
  • Foster a team culture focused on continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee multiple audit teams across countries, manage the statutory accounting team and coordinators, and facilitate audit coordination with external auditors, operating companies (OpCo), internal departments, and external advisors to support documentation requirements.
  • Lead statutory audit and accounts activities, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and timelines.
  • Fulfill financial reporting obligations to the headquarters, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with IFRS, lease, and risk assessment requirements.
  • Support the deployment of technological solutions to promote process standardization and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Perform quality checks on statutory accounts before their submission to OpCo and auditors, ensuring compliance with IFRS, FRS, MFRS, and MPERS standards.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Min degree, CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Min 8-10 years of working experience within Shared Services industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the Record to Report (RTR) process & leading a team within a multinational Shared Services.
  • Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills with good business acumen & strategic thinking.
  • Highly-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking leader/team player with good work ethic, credibility, and sense of integrity
