Senior Manager, HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• As the lead for the HR Shared Services team, coach and give support to the team in the delivery of back-end HR services which impacts all staff through the employee life-cycle.
• Lead in operational excellence, looking at continuous process improvements as the team delivers end-to-end HR transactions including payroll and benefits administration, employee data management and dashboard reporting
• Owner of HR Information System. Strengthen HR processes, review policies and optimising HR systems and tools for operational effectiveness and efficiency with enhanced user experience
• Collaborate with HR team to address staff queries and issues pertaining to their in-employment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR service gaps or issues, and implement appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant Employment Regulations and legal requirements
• Monitor HR service performance and metrics, and implement initiatives to continuously improve service delivery

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role within HR Shared Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Strong knowledge and interest in HR processes and systems
• Experience with HR Info Systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership and effective communicator
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
