Description
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead, innovate, and optimize our HR operations in Clearwater, FL. This pivotal role demands a versatile HR generalist who excels in managing shared services, onboarding, HR operations, talent management, and M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day backend operations in Workday and manage projects for a multistate workforce.
- Oversee key areas like employee onboarding, system updates, change management, job classification, and process improvements. This includes handling all lifecycle changes (e.g., banking, name, address) and streamlining procedures.
- Spearhead all aspects of HR operations, focusing on process enhancement, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Oversee critical employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Lead HR components in mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through to integration and employee transition.
- Act as a strategic connector between HRBPs and other HR services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Guarantee adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Safeguard confidentiality and manage sensitive employee and M&A-related information with utmost care.
- Utilize HR metrics to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Regularly evaluate and report on key workforce analytics to inform HR strategy.
- Lead special projects and represent HR Operations in cross-departmental initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years in HR with substantial leadership experience.
- Must have hands-on experience with Workday HRIS.
- Advanced project management, process improvement, and data analysis skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
