Description
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for leadership and process improvement? A highly respected and well-established company in the St. Paul, Minnesota area is seeking a Shared Services Accounting Manager to oversee its Accounts Payable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee and mentor a small, dedicated staff, fostering a supportive and results-driven team environment.
- Own and manage the company’s expense card policies, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize AP processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives and maintain high standards of financial operations.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in Accounts Payable operations.
- 3+ years of proven staff leadership experience.
- Experience working in a large company environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
