Regional Delivery Centre Site Director

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the RDC as site and business structure, with the support from HR, Facility, IT, & Finance
• Partner with Business Management teams in APAC and the Global RDC Programme to migrate work from various TMF APAC locations into RDC Kuala Lumpur
• Provide local leadership to ensure ongoing service delivery
• Provide leadership, integration and people management to the RDC staff across all Teams and services provided
• Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of how we transition work to and operate services from RDC in Kuala Lumpur
• Build awareness of the RDC Capabilities across the APAC Management Team and proactively champion the RDC KL and seek opportunities to further expand the scope which will benefit the business
• This role will report to Global Head of Delivery and functionally to the Market Leaders
• Managing large (200+) teams providing direct client services from a delivery centre type environment
• Building new client facing delivery capabilities, from the ground up
• Transitioning work between locations
• Influencing C-Level stakeholders
• Driving improvements and innovation within a shared service environment
• Implementing enabling technologies
• Managing a portfolio of concurrent programs and/or transitions

Qualification & Requirements

• Experience in setting up either HR Payroll, Accounting & Tax or Corporate Secretarial is an advantage
• Preferred but not essential such as Project Management certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.
