Description
To manage COPSSC HR Operations programs and projects. Interfaces extensively with other lines of business and support functions (Finance, Legal, Operations, Human Resources partners). Responsible for ensuring compliant and well managed payroll, HR Help Center and compensation and benefits operations resulting in client and associate satisfaction. Drives COPSSC HR Operations enhancement projects for new and current processes and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or partner with diverse cross-functional project teams in support of design and delivery of COPSSC HR programs and processes
- Risk and Compliance – Drive risk management activities for the function (i.e. identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring) and compliance program against regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures
- People Management – Leads a team of HR operations people leaders and processers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compensation and benefits transactions.
- Project Management – complete project assessment, see project through completion, conduct final analysis, and ensure closure of projects within timelines
- Vendor Management – manage relationship with external vendors
- Budget Management – Ensures delivery on financial commitments
- Process Improvement – Create and implement initiatives to drive efficiencies
- Planning and managing events, e.g. wellness programs
- May be assigned / rotated across other related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Human Resources
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification & Requirements
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 years’ experience in managing Philippine payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and HR help desk
- Knowledge in Philippine labor and compensation laws and regulations

- P referably with experience on the following platforms/systems: ADP Global View, Workday, and Salesforce
- Amenable to work in Alabang and in a hybrid set up
