Description
As SSC Finance Manager, you’ll lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Reconciliation and General Ledger teams, ensuring our finance operations are both efficient and top-notch.
This is a key role with real impact, where you’ll oversee day-to-day finance operations and keep the team aligned with our standards of accuracy and timeliness. You’ll have direct oversight of the SSC’s financial operations and report to the Director of Group Accounting—so if you’re looking to bring your expertise to a role with growth potential, keep reading!
Key Responsibilities
- leading & inspiring the finance teams,
- ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping by setting high standards and guiding the team to meet deadlines,
- overseeing day-to-day finance operations, from payments to account reconciliations, and making sure everything is running like clockwork,
- motivating and developing your team—you’re not just managing; you’re building a culture of collaboration and excellence,
- collaborating with the Group Accounting function to align SSC finance practices with the broader goals of the company,
- optimizing processes and implementing best practices for smooth, effective financial operations in our SSC.
Qualification & Requirements
- master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent,
- experience on similar leading position in shared service structures,
- excellent English skills (min. C1) – other languages are always welcome,
- experience in leading projects and improving accounting processes.
- strong leadership background with a track record of success in finance
- management roles,
- excellent communication skills—you’re clear, concise, and connect well with
- the team,
- a proactive and collaborative mindset—you anticipate needs, look for
- solutions, and work well across departments.
