Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Management and seamless operation of AP, AR, Treasury and Expenses processes in different European jurisdictions.
• Lead, mentor, set performance goals and monitor progress of transactional finance team. .
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense processing functions.
• Monitor and report on cash flow and liquidity to optimise financial resources, ensure treasury administration responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk mitigation strategies. Drive implementing streamlined processes and procedures, document and adapt to local requirements.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to senior management.
• Implement, monitor and analyse key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.
• Support Head of Group Finance Operations in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within transactional finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualification & Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA or equivalent) with experience in transactional finance roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
