Description
Our client, a prominent global law firm, seeks a dynamic, versatile Director of People Operations to join their team in their White Plains office. The ideal candidate possesses experience within a law firm, overseeing payroll and benefits as well as streamlining HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Keys aspects of this role will include designing and implementing a shared services model for HR, managing resources to optimize operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance in regards to administering financially responsible benefits programs.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree, required.
- Law firm experience, strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience managing a shared services team including HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to operate within a dynamic work environment managing multiple projects.
