The HR Director will have 10 plus years’ experience in every facet of human resources managing teams, creating policies and procedures that align with organizational mission, vision and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Creating and revising job descriptions.
  • Conducting annual salary surveys.
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in communication skills is essential for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations is required to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
  • Experience in Hiring Processes is necessary for efficient recruitment and selection of suitable candidates.
  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration is needed for managing HR activities and processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS – Human Resources Info Systems is crucial for managing employee data and HR processes.
  • Experience in Acquisitions strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is needed for planning and executing organizational changes.
  • Proficiency in Policy development is required for creating and implementing effective HR policies.
  • Experience in Benefits Administration is necessary for managing employee benefits programs effectively.
