Description
The purpose of a Power BI Lead in a shared services IT company is to oversee the development of data visualization and reporting solutions, ensuring data-driven insights support decision-making. They also manage a team to optimize reporting processes and align analytics with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create detailed technical specifications
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical issues
