Leading a Global Payroll team managing payroll operations for a large global Manufacturing group. Seeking candidates with experience of large multi country shared services functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop global payroll teams across multiple regions
- Drive payroll transformation strategy and modernization initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, retirees, and authorities
- Implement payroll policies and best practices across regions
- Developing and leading Gen AI initiatives in payroll operations
Qualification & Requirements
- Extensive experience of multi-country payroll leadership experience
- Experience with managing global payroll providers
