Description

The role of the HR Shared Services Manager is a pivotal role in the leadership delivery of our employee services. The position leads a shared services administration hub covering several territories (UK, Ireland, Middle East, Africa, North America), providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused administration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead and oversee the HR Shared Services operations to ensure quality HR advice and employee support. This will include people administration and HRSS inquiries.
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of HRSS professionals, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Review existing processes, and implement HRSS policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Support and engage with senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
  • Handle complex employee issues and administration grievances, providing resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Analyse HRSS metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • We are hiring for a people-centric candidate who will utilise their excellent communication, influencing and HR knowledge to drive employee engagement and implement change across this region for Robert Walters.
  • 3 + years’ experience working in HR Shared Services and delivering effective people solutions is essential.
  • Experience working across international territories is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, and its practical application in a business context
  • The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and collaborative cross-functionally with different teams is highly important.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse HR metrics, trends, and data to make informed decisions about people and policies.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and discretion on all HRSS matters and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
