Product Management Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands.
• Lead the product management team, providing guidance and mentorship to product managers.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
• Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of titled product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• At least 3 years of experience working on an enterprise grade SaaS product.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.
