Description
Our client is a Leading global Healthcare Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals overseeing a workforce of 300 – 400 employ base.
- Developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, managing the HR policies, employee relation issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Overseeing the PMS including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms and identifying the Training and development needs.
- Leading change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives
Qualification & Requirements
- MBA / PGDM ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 )
- 15+ years of experience serving in Tech Product / Healthcare / Shared Services organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage Change initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Individual Contributor role.
