RTR EMEA Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Full sets of Accounts are complete and accurate on a timely basis
• Month-end close delivered on time (2 BD)
• Blackline reconciliations of assigned COA are properly prepared in terms of control point, supporting document and timely.
• SOX requirements are properly conducted
• Monitor KPI and SLA and drive the continuous improvement project co-working with IT, Cluster Finance, Global BPO, Procurement and other stakeholders
• Lead the team to success
• Ensure communication with EMEA Controller is fluid

Qualification & Requirements

Who are You?

Ideally you will have a bachelor or university degree (Accounting related), and 10 years related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
