Key Responsibilities
This is a new role that recognizes technology leadership as a key priority in supporting and aligning portfolio companies and corporate functions. The Vice President, IT will lead Enterprise-wide IT Strategy & Planning, Architecture, Governance, and Cyber Security shared services, and collaborate with operating company leaders and their IT teams to support and enable increasingly complex industry-specific IT needs and management priorities.

You are a strategic and practical business and IT leader known for your expertise in project management, change management, and development and implementation of powerful and reliable IT shared services. Inspirational, collaborative, inquisitive, and trusted, you will use your business acumen to build IT solutions across the enterprise. You will bring drive, flexibility, emotional intelligence, and communication skills to enable a seamless transition to a reimagined corporate IT structure.
