Description

Responsible for the overall planning of the group’s financial informatization, establishing and improving the financial informatization management system, establishing a practical and feasible financial informatization transformation path, and promoting the optimization of management models and business processes through financial informatization.

Senior Manager of Financial Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the construction of the group’s information system, including the planning, selection, construction, acceptance and operation of the financial shared service center, the group’s fund management system, the group’s expense control system, the group’s tax management system, the group’s financial intelligent decision-making analysis system, and the group’s financial talent management system;
  • Responsible for the connection between financial application software and business application system, monitoring the business flow and accounting links, and ensuring the safe and effective operation of the system;
  • Responsible for the daily management of financial information systems, including system maintenance, authority management, data backup, information security, etc., put forward optimization suggestions and make continuous improvements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, computer science or other related fields;
  • More than 5 years of experience in informatization and digitalization of large state-owned manufacturing enterprises;
  • Have experience in building financial shared service systems for large group companies;
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in building fund management information systems;
  • Intermediate accountant or above;
  • Possess cross-functional knowledge of industrial development trends, deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, financial shared services, capital control, etc.;
  • Familiar with the industry and business environment, including politics, economy, urban planning, competitive environment, industry trends, relevant policies and regulations, territorial and urban development trends, etc.;
  • Familiar with the company’s financial management, information management business processes and systems;
  • Group financial information planning capability: Ability to plan and manage group financial information according to the group’s strategic development direction;
  • Possess the ability to plan, build and implement the informatization of large-scale group shared service centers and group fund management systems;
  • Secondary development capability of financial informationization: ability to optimize the financial management system according to the financial management needs of the enterprise;
  • Daily management capabilities of financial information: Ability to perform various daily management of financial informationization and disaster recovery management for emergencies.
  • Demanding property as a guarantee or for any reason, or seizing certificates and licenses, are all suspected of being illegal.
