Description
Organisation: One of the Top 20 Indian IT Services organisations with a global presence in over 20 countries.
Looking for an HR Leader with experience managing HRSS for multiple countries or who has played other HR roles in IT Services or GCCs, has multi-country employee management experience and is willing to build her/ his career in HRSS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the HR shared services function to align with global HR strategy and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of HR shared services professionals.
- Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Oversee the delivery of HR services including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS support, and employee relations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Streamline HR processes to enhance service delivery and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand and address their service needs
- Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Specially in India
- Build strong relationships with global HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Ability to engage with external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to track HR service performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 18+ years of HR experience, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role overseeing HR shared services or operations.
- Proven experience in managing global HR functions and teams.
