Head Shared Services | Gurgaon | Global Firm

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Shared Services function, ensuring alignment with the firm’s global objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple shared service functions (Finance, Operations, HR Operations, Technology, and Admin) to meet organizational goals.
• Build and scale shared service functions to support business growth, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic input on operational initiatives.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across shared services functions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the shared services teams.
• Ensure effective communication between shared services and other departments to deliver high-quality internal support.
• Oversee and direct shared service operations across the organization.
• Ensure the alignment of shared services with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Drive the optimization of shared service functions for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement shared service policies and procedures.
• Manage shared service budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in shared service operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the shared services team.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification & Requirements

A successful Head Shared Services should have:

• 20+ years of overall experience
• Open to Gurgaon Location
• Candidate should come with experience leading Shared Services or GBS for an MNC.
