Description
Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Finance Operations Lead to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise the Finance shared services team to ensure alignment with the key goals set.
- Service Quality: Assist in delivering excellent services to customers by defining and refining the scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the relevant department heads.
- Performance Monitoring: Clearly communicate roles and KPIs to team leaders, monitor performance, and provide regular updates on team workload and progress.
- Team Development: Create a safe and supportive team environment, hold regular meetings with team leaders to set learning goals and manage performance, and collaborate with others to drive strong results and enhance the employee experience.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Over 12+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including PTP, OTC and RTR.
- Proven experience managing a team of 15 or more, including managers.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience in a Shared Services (SSC) / Global Business Services environment is a must.
