Senior VAT Manager

Key Responsibilities

In your new role, you will drive Pan-European accounting and tax administration by reviewing VAT, Intrastat, and related declarations. You will support shared service centers in establishing their accounting and VAT obligations across Europe and assist clients with VAT and Intrastat audits. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide practical consulting on VAT reporting matters and foster the development of high-performing teams through meaningful opportunities. Additionally, you will manage compliance for your client portfolio, ensuring service delivery while implementing processes to identify sustainable planning opportunities that mitigate risk and drive business growth.

Qualification & Requirements

To be considered for the Senior VAT Manager role you’ll hold a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Tax, or a master’s degree in Economics or Law, and have at least six years of experience in accountancy or tax, preferably within large organisations with shared service centers or in consulting. You communicate fluently in English, and proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
