Description

A multinational financial services provider is currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Assistant Director, HR Shared Services.

Assistant Director, HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, including HR coordinators, specialists, and administrators
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to ensure timely and accurate HR support to designated stakeholders
  • Oversee HR transactional processes, including but not limited to on / off boarding, benefits administration, payroll inquiries and HR system support
  • Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of HR services across the organization
  • Drive process efficiencies and automation initiatives to streamline HR service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements accordance to industry practice

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in management of HR Shared Services and HR operations with team leading capacity is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and practices including HR compliance and governance is HIGHLY preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology, including HRIS platforms and case management tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese
