Description

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the enterprise, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives to drive the success of the Company as a whole. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders and managers within the shared services organization, providing expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of shared services operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support their objectives.
  • Talent Management: Partner with leadership team to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and managing performance effectively.
  • Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics to senior leadership, highlighting areas for action and improvement.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable HR policies and practices. Recommend and implement policy updates or revisions as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work culture, and foster a high-performance environment.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including process improvements, system implementations, and organizational development activities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and change management.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
